A platform cannot guarantee trust, but it can help people make a better-informed choice. TheBest.ink brings profiles, portfolios, reviews and practical information together in one place. This helps tattoo enthusiasts find artists whose work, style and approach feel right for them.
TheBest.ink also helps tattoo artists connect with people who genuinely value their work and are looking for what they do. Tattoo artists receive practical tools to manage their profiles and portfolios, respond to reviews and organize appointment requests.

TheBest.ink is developed through direct conversations, hands-on testing and concrete feedback from tattoo artists. Product decisions are informed not only by technical possibilities, but also by the realities of their daily work.
Abel contributes experience in software and product development. Tattoo artists contribute their knowledge of working with clients, studios and appointment requests. Combining both perspectives helps turn real needs into tools that are practical to use and carefully implemented.
A statement from the founder
I am Abel Castro, the founder and developer behind TheBest.ink. Throughout more than ten years as a professional software developer, I have had the opportunity to work with highly skilled people on demanding digital products. That experience taught me the importance of clear product decisions, careful implementation and high quality standards. I now bring those lessons to TheBest.ink.
I am not a tattoo artist, and I do not claim to understand the realities of running a studio better than the people who do it every day. My role is to contribute technical and product experience, listen carefully and turn industry feedback into useful tools. I develop and test new features in direct conversation with tattoo artists.
My goal is to create a product that supports tattoo artists in their daily work and helps tattoo enthusiasts around the world find the right artist. TheBest.ink is still at an early stage.
